Our 7" chocolate sponge is paired with refreshing mint chocolate chip ice cream, layered with decadent chocolate ganache and a mint-infused cookie filling, and finished with smooth vanilla whipped cream icing topped with
a plant-based chocolate ganache. All cake components are lovingly crafted using dairy-free and egg-free ingredients.
